Problem with your weight? Diabetes? Cholesterol? Low energy? Don't know who and what to believe anymore? Don't despair, there is hope. Situated in Rotterdam our company is specialized in personalized coaching, meaning we first get to know you, and we base our advice on your lifestyle. Food choice is a learned behavior and as any other habit it is very difficult to change. Often we hear experts talking about calories and their balance forgetting that it is not always that simple. In order to change a lifelong habit of eating the wrong way we must understand some basic concepts about our food, our bodies, emotions and about the social context of food. Therefore we focus on educating our clients about all four domains.
